SOAR - Entrepreneurship Bootcamp: Week 1

SOAR (Supporting Opportunities for Aspiring Rural Entrepreneurs) empowers first-generation entrepreneurs in rural areas with resources, mentorship, and training, fostering economic growth and community development. The program allows entrepreneurs to explore the Strengths, Operations, Aspirations and Results regarding their business ideas. We provide a two week focus on entrepreneur mindset and professional soft skills to ensure the success of the entrepreneur full circle.

Weeks 1 & 2 will cover Strengths. This will discover the entrepreneur's "WHY" and include entrepreneur self-evaluations, entrepreneurial mindset training, as well as discuss business plans and getting ideas on paper. The entrepreneurs will also complete a SWOT analysis of their proposed business idea. We will also discuss the needed professional soft skills to aid in their success as a business owner.
