Hiring 1. Recruiting (compliance with NCDOL and EEO regulations for job posting) 2. Screening (including the value of simple pre-employment assessments) 3. Interviewing (how to conduct an effective interview (one-on-one, panel and behavioral) that is legal. 4. Evaluating and Selection of Final Candidate. Documentation requirements will be included in this session. A follow up session of termination will be schedule at a later date.
