The recruitment and selection process, from start to finish, entails several stages, which are collectively referred to as the recruitment life cycle. In this session, we’ll review the recruitment life cycle ensures that executive directors and board members can use to attract the best possible candidates and seal the new employee relationship deal with a robust onboarding process that welcomes new additions to your staff.
