This event has been canceled
Now, more than ever, business owners are serving and hiring a wider age range of customers and employees. While generational diversity has great potential, it can also be problematic. Each group has its own distinct characteristics, values, and attitudes based on its generation's life experiences. We will explore ways to integrate these diverse generations, while learning how business owners can create a company culture that actively demonstrates respect and inclusion to both attract and retain the best employees while simultaneously growing their bottom line profits.
