Business owners have to: • Be prepared to recognize potential workplace violence indicators • Know the actions to take to try to avoid an incident while- at the same time- being prepared if one occurs • Understand what actions to take when confronted with an active shooter and responding law enforcement officials • Be able to manage the consequences of an active shooter incident, if one should occur Be prepared! Learn from our special guest instructor who is a security expert with tactical experience who has been in an active shooter incident and can share with you what you need to know to protect both your business and those individuals who are exposed to your business.
