Fundraising 101 for Nonprofits
In this three hour session attendees will learn about the fundamentals of fundraising for nonprofit organizations including what to have in place before you begin fundraising, the importance of developing a fundraising committee, creating a defined fundraising process, setting realistic fundraising goals, determining who you will target with your fundraising efforts, developing a fundraising for success tracking system, crafting and delivering your unique message, the importance of thank you's and follow up, fundraising events, and common fundraising pitfalls and mistakes to avoid.
