Improving Revenue and Cash Flow Growth for Small Business: Join us at this session designed to help the small business owner improve their cash flow, reserves, and bottom line. According to Karen Mills of Harvard Business School, "On average small businesses hold only 27 days of cash in reserves as a buffer. Closing the working capital gap in the cash cycle can mean the difference between a small business growing or just staying flat." Small Business Roundtable facilitator, Pete Ellis, Jr., will share strategies designed to drive long-term economic growth, while improving business stability.
