Master Business Academy, Session 1: Marketing & Social Media

Bad marketing is easy - anyone can do it. It takes real work to do it right. Marketing systems, calendars and budgets will help you control your marketing expenses and gauge your marketing success. In this first segment, we will: evaluate what you've done so far - what's worked & what's not; discover the customers you need to target and those you need to "fire"; examine the best old and new media for reaching your customers; create a content calendar to schedule marketing activities; develop a marketing budget to control costs and measure ROI.
