Resources and Growth, A Small Business Symposium

Join Congresswoman Alma Adams on May 6 for “Resources for Growth,” a small business symposium; an opportunity to further the endeavors of the small business owners and entrepreneurs at any stage. Attendees are invited to engage in panel discussions geared towards any inquiries related to their own entrepreneurial journey. One panel is designed for individuals looking to start their business, topics include; financing start-ups, mentoring and marketing. Another panel focuses on expansion and will discuss subjects such as, financing growth, planning, contracting and marketing. Discussions will be followed by a networking session with the congresswoman, panelists and other representatives from organizations that support small businesses. This symposium is designed for attendees to learn about the different resources available which can help to progress their business in this economy. Light refreshments will be served.
