Selling Products On-Line & eCommerce Part 1

One way to expand your market is to sell products online. We will explore the features of well-known e-commerce hosts such as the eBay Store and Amazon.com, as well as other options for creating an online store. PayPal and other payment gateways will also be discussed. At the end of these sessions, you will be able to: 1) Do you need to sell online? 2) Have an understanding of your online store options 3) Understand the differences between platforms and determine what is right for you. 4) Set up your online store 5) Develop an online store marketing plan

In order to get the most out of this 2 night seminar, you will need to be prepared to actually set up an online store. You will need to bring (on a flash drive) photos of your products, product or service descriptions, marketing material, and anything else pertinent to listing products online for sale. By the end of the first session, we will have a store setup. During the second session, you will be able to modify your store with the assistance of the instructors and others in the class offering suggestions to make your store the best it can be.
