The Secretary of State's Office will provide insight into capital-raising rules it administers and enforces including an introduction to: • The players, • The different types of crowdfunding, as well as a quick survey of other sources of capital, • Explanation of NC crowdfunding options, and • Resources to help pursue crowdfunding in NC and federally.
