Once you have hired your new employees, you will have certain employment taxes and legal obligations to meet. Do you know the difference between employees and independent contractors? Do you know which new hire forms must be submitted and to whom? Will you need workers compensation insurance? How often will you need to report? Will I need an employee handbook? Learn the answers to these questions and other necessary employee requirements.
