Labor Laws for Small Businesses

Each small business owner is responsible for complying with federal and state wages and hour laws. This seminar will provide an overview of the US wage and hour laws, including hourly rates, the minimum wage law, overtime, exemptions, subcontractors vs. employees, recordkeeping requirements, and much more.
