Target Audience: Business owners/managers and non-profit organization leaders who are seeking to diversify their businesses and can benefit from a better understanding of the Latino community in Caldwell and surrounding counties. Length of Presentation: 2 hours, lecture and discussion Objectives: At the end of this session, you will be able to: 1.) Understand cultural norms within the local Latino community 2.) Clarify current obstacles and opportunities related to hiring Spanish speaking employees 3.) Address potential cultural/language/marketing strategies to better reach the local Latino market Workshop Description: Are you a local business owner/manager who would love to engage with the Latino market but keep falling short? Do your employees lack the cultural or language skills to serve Spanish speaking clients?
