Women’s Empowerment in Small Business (NEW)

Many people are expected to appear within socially acceptable standards. As a business owner, you will learn about psychology-infused marketing, how messages can affect self-esteem and mental well-being, and how data-based decision-making can help create positive message framing which leads to more effective communication with consumers. Participants will explore the benefits of communication which emphasizes empathy and understanding, and how it can help create a more inclusive and accepting society.
