Tue 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Topic: Start-up Assistance

Freight Brokering is matchmaking between the shipper and carrier from licensing, operations, sales, negotiating, and marketing with each role actively pursued on a daily basis by the small business owner engaged in this market. With the increase of e-commerce, facilitation of transport requires management behind the scenes to ensure that freight is moved safely and with security from the origin to destination, all with the help of a small business freight broker.

In this two-night webinar, we will cover business formation paperwork, office setup and supplies to keep overhead low, the broker authority, bonding, governing bodies, how to stay in compliance, paying carriers, prospecting, scripts and calls, responses, packaging, rate sheets, and much more. This is a two-part, two-night event. None of Part-I will be repeated for the second night. Please register for both Part-I and Part-II separately. It is highly recommended that you participate in Part-I to benefit from Part-II.
