This webinar will help you with developing a solid business plan. In addition this session will provide essential information identifying your customer. You will be provided resources to research your competition and to interview potential customers.
This session will also share reasons to develop a plan with focusing on what to include (executive summary, company information, product/service, HR, marketing, operations, and financial plans), and tips for writing a successful plan.
