Pre-Launch: How to Create a Marketing Plan
Where do you want your business to be this time next year? Let’s figure out how to get there! This 90-minute workshop-style webinar creates a space for small business owners to design a high level marketing plan for a year. Using a template and with guidance from the facilitator, participants will complete the following activities:
Create SMART quarterly business goals;
Define or refine target market and market segments;
Evaluate the success (stop / start / continue) of digital marketing platforms;
Determine monthly content frequency by platform;
Define key performance indicators;
Establish a digital marketing conversion funnel;
Brainstorm “candy bag” ideas to support foundational marketing efforts.
The goals of this session are for small business owners to increase their understanding of:
How marketing activities are related to business goals and performance;
What a full year of marketing activity entails, and how to be proactive (not reactive) with respect to marketing;
How to eliminate waste, focus on the highest ROI activities, and measure the success of marketing activities.
