Small business owners must do two things well: deliver a good product and capture customers. Most owners are good at the first, bad at the second. This session will help owners become more effective at capturing new customers by talking in a language and style the customer appreciates. Also, a great skill to be more effective with employees, co-workers, and family. This is a fun and interactive session that will make you more effective dealing with people....a sales basic!
