Designing a Meeting Agenda that Increases Impact and Engagement

Meetings can be exciting, productive, and fulfilling. They can also be a waste of time if they are structured without time for true discussion and decision-making. In this session you will learn how to create a strategic agenda by using a consent agenda and restructuring the time for more discussions and less presentation of things that could be more easily understood in a report format. In the first hour, Natasha will go over the areas of a strategic agenda and how it can increase meeting effectiveness and engagement. In the second hour, participants create a strategic agenda for their organization with peer feedback sessions.
