Mind Spark Live is held on the first Wednesday of each month from 12:00pm-1:00pm! *** July is the 2nd Wednesday of the month due to the holiday *** Choosing the right legal structure for your new or growing business can seem overwhelming and confusing, but it really doesn’t have to be that way. There are certain basic questions to ask yourself when making this important decision and some very fundamental differences that you need to know. This session will break it down and give you the information you need to understand the differences between the different types of legal structures of a small business. It will cover the basic advantages and disadvantages of each of the following: Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, S and C Corporation, and Limited Liability Company.
