This workshop presents the requirements for starting a food truck business along with a detailed view of the food truck business operations. In addition, it compares how food trucks differ from restaurants and catering businesses, but, also, how the three businesses overlap. Using a sample food truck business plan, attendees, can review the major components of starting a food truck business including menu selections, operations, permitting requirements, health department requirements and cost analysis for beginning operations and for monthly cash flow.
