How to Write a ‘Lite’ Business Plan

A Business Plan is an essential roadmap for business success. It is a living document that generally projects 1 to 3 years ahead and outlines the route a company intends to take to grow. In this workshop, Richard Morreale will present an outline template of a "Small Business Business Plan". Richard will introduce and discuss what he calls the Business Plan-Lite. Basically, this is a plan that consists of all the items that a Business Plan should cover but provides them with the detail required for a small business. Covered in the Business Plan Lite are the purpose and goals of the business, the products and services offered, a description of the market, a description of the marketing and sales, how the business is going to be managed and the financials. Each of these items will be discussed in detail during the Workshop.
