This webinar is designed to assist nonprofit organizations in understanding the purpose and roles of developing a board of directors that will lead the organization into reaching its full potential. The webinar will provide essential information that will include why a nonprofit must have a board, who should be on the board, how many should be on the board, the roles and responsibilities of a board.
