All of us need to eat. With a growing need for a new generation of farmers to produce nourishing food on small sustainable farms, studies show there is money in small-acreage vegetable production! Explore what is possible from your vegetable patch, market garden or small farm. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This series is designed to explore food business opportunities and provide education on how to become a successful Food Entrepreneur. This series is also to assist local farmers seeking a niche market, value –added processors and those in the food service business. Attend three (3) of the four (4) sessions offered and receive a “Food Entrepreneur” certificate of completion.
