On average, food travels 1,500 miles from farm to plate… Make your food business mobile and local! Learn about types of mobile food businesses- food trucks, mobile produce markets, dinner at your door and so much more. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This series is designed to explore food business opportunities and provide education on how to become a successful Food Entrepreneur. This series is also to assist local farmers seeking a niche market, value –added processors and those in the food service business. Attend three (3) of the four (4) sessions offered and receive a “Food Entrepreneur” certificate of completion.
