Series II: Independent Contractor vs. Employee: We will define an Independent Contractor and an employee and explain the importance of knowing the difference between the two. Participants will leave with an understanding of what is required when hiring an independent contractor or an employee as it relates to federal taxes. We have also included a message for ALL Schedule C filers that will further educate you on your tax responsibilities.
