A nonprofit must have a solid foundation, including a bookkeeping process and the correct tools. Kelly Michaud will reinforce in what ways the accounting process for nonprofits is unique. What is fund accounting and why it is critical that your bookkeeper has acumen in this area? She will also show how bookkeepers can make the fund-seeking process easier. Kelly is also a licensed QuickPro (the online version of QuickBooks) instructor. She will provide a relevant, simple-to-grasp overview of the nonprofit features of QuickPro so that attendees will have the information necessary to make decisions going forward regarding bookkeeping strategies and software.
