Scams include phony invoices for unordered products, fake online advertising, phone fraud, and more. Scammers go to great lengths to duplicate letterhead and create phony websites in efforts to scam small business owners. Learn how to identifying suspicious activity, ask the right questions, and do your research. Security breaches and malware can affect customers and the small business. A speaker from the Better Business Bureau will discuss popular small business scams and the importance of protecting sensitive information.
