This class will focus on growing and retaining customers. Presentation will discuss the typical customer in the area and how to build a customer profile to attract new customers. In addition, attendees will explore a variety of market research tools that provide critical information about competition, industry, and customers. MORE ABOUT MAYLAND SBC ENTREPRENEURSHIP CERTIFICATE CLASSES: Attend one class or all six! In this series, learn how to be a successful entrepreneur. SBC business professionals and guest presenters will increase your business savvy by providing current and applicable information. Upon completion of all six classes, participants will receive a certificate from the Mayland Small Business Center which is a great document to include in a business plan. Completion of the Mayland Small Business Center Entrepreneurship Certificate is a requirement to apply for MAY Coaliton micro-startup loans and Entrepreneurial Assistance Grants in Spruce Pine and Burnsville.
