Good customer service is often hard to describe but certainly obvious when it is lacking. Customers will shop more frequently, spend more money, and refer a business more often if they experience good customer service.
In this class we will visit the three main points of good customer service, how to train and continue to monitor customer service in your line employees, and the significant impact customer service has on a business bottom line.
