Understanding Cash Flow for Your Business

Participants in this seminar will learn the fundamental reasons why cash flow is critically important to the success of any business. You will learn how to identify your cash cycle and how it impacts your business. Participants will also get hands-on experience in preparing a basic projected cash flow statement to determine any cash shortfalls and loan amounts needed.
