Rules and regulations are necessary in any small business, but can often be confusing. This seminar will explain rules and regulations to the owners of existing or start up mobile food units. The seminar will give the layout of a mobile unit, along with many other great details. Invest your time before you invest your money. Attend other JCC SBC seminars to assist you with Start up and Management information. Pre-registrations required, and all attendees must be 18 or older.
