Federal Rules: Exempt vs Nonexempt – Wages & Hours

A U. S. Department of Labor Investigator will discuss federal labor information which includes Exempt versus Non-Exempt Employee, is the person a contractor or hourly employee, other Wage and Hour discussions for small businesses. Student/attendee must register for each seminar separately and must be 18 or older. ***Bring your fully charged laptop or tablet to each seminar. Laptops and tablets may not be used in every class, but are highly recommended as a standby or research resource.***
