Rutherford County Economic Development and the Small Business Center have teamed up to host a free Business Succession Planning Lunch and Learn on October 5, 2022 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm at Isothermal Community College. This event is open to all business owners who are interested in learning how to plan for the future of their businesses. A presentation will be given by Jeffrey Palmer, ChFC, of the Palmer Group. Mr. Palmer specializes in business exit strategies and gives presentations all over the country to business owners and financial planners on this topic.

As an entrepreneur and business owner you've probably spent most of your business life planning how to grow and maintain your business, but have you given much thought to how you will leave that business when it's time to go? The final stage of any good business plan should be how you will leave the business you've worked so hard to develop. The Palmer Group has the experience to help you successfully negotiate the maze of available options, allowing you to reach the exit strategy best suited to you and your business. Jeffrey Palmer will be available to answer questions and to offer individualized services after the event. Lunch will be provided, but registration is required for the lunch and learn.
