Small Business Tune-Up Series
Is your business sluggish? Not firing on all cylinders? Being overtaken by competitors? This series will give your business the tune-up it needs to supercharge your success. You’ll look at how to tighten up your cash flow, adjust your pricing, and map out a clear path for growth.
Each segment will be from 9:00-11:00 a.m. on Friday mornings in May. The series is virtual, so you can attend from your home, office, or even…your car, as long as you put it in park!

- PEST analysis (and we’re not talking bugs!)
- People planning
- Evaluating the business concept
- Putting it all together for the next phase of growth
