Now that I have hired my new employee, what do I do next? Once you have selected the most qualified employee the next step is to onboard your new employee and establish a plan for success! This course will explore how to provide a thorough overview of benefits offered, establishing the employees’ schedule for the first week and month, develop a training schedule, and provide regular feedback for continued success.
