***This seminar is for Business Counselors and Business Service Providers*** Client engagement over the lifecycle of a healthy business will result in the transfer, sale or dissolution of their business assets. This presentation outlines a process for the counselors' use in this area of counseling. All owners will exit their business one day. Presenter Bio: Andrew Santulli has over 35 years of experience in the furnishings industry. His career in the industry began with Ethan Allen in Danbury CT and his work continued as a controller in Vermont and a plant manager in western PA. Andrew joined Hon Industries in Williamsport PA, as vice-pres. of operations for three states, before relocating to North Carolina for Masco Home Furnishings. At Masco his responsibilities extended into South East Asia and Europe. In 2001 he started Cambium Company in NC. Cambium engaged in product developing and international sourcing. Andrew is currently a business counselor with the North Carolina - SBTDC. Drawing on his domestic and international experience his focus includes opportunities for business growth with a global model. As a business counselor, Andrew works with startups and existing business organizations in a variety of fields. His clients include those in health & human services, food & entertainment, manufacturing & financial services.
