The Systematic Troubleshooting presentation is a shortened version of a two and a half day course designed for people who spend much of their time problem solving, such as maintenance and work-team employees. The course gives individuals the skills to solve and prevent problems consistently and effectively and far faster than the "shotgun" approach. The full course has been taken by employees of HondaJet, Energizer, Campbell's Soup, Procter and Gamble, Novo Nordisk and many more.

Speaker(s): Bill Goebel, President of MPACT Maintenance and Reliability Solutions, has over twenty years experience in senior management of marketing, sales, licensing, manufacturing, importing/exporting and finance. He is an innovative and creative problem solver with strong skills in strategic and tactical planning and is knowledgeable in markets and cultures in North America, Latin America, Australia, Africa, Far East and Europe.
