Small Business Success Series - Developing Customer Loyalty
You will be part of a small group of business owners discussing several keys to success. Our April session will focus on developing customer loyalty. In previous sessions, we discussed what is working well, our challenges, how the Small Business Center has increased business success, the importance of reputation marketing, marketing strategy and how it helps us to identify effective marketing tactics, customer engagement, and collaboration. We will also discuss the ways in which the SBC can help your business to grow.
