Consumers, whether B2C or B2B avoid transactional conversations, yet most B2B and B2C communications are grounded in transactional dialogue. During this session, you will review how transactional dialogue creates a barrier to trust and long term customer relationships. You will deep dive into human decision-making, communication, and perception to learn how to build meaningful and memorable relationships with clients, vendors, and employees (aka your new friends).
