BYOB2: How to Find Your Customer

Trying to start or run a business without having solid intel about your prospective customer would be like trying to swim across the Atlantic hog-tied. (You'll either drown or be eaten by sharks.) You need to know more about your customers than your competitors... who they are, where they are, how many of them are out there, how you can reach them, how you might motivate them to try your product or services, and other data and insights.

Market research isn’t just for startups; it’s an important ongoing process for every business... big or small. The market has changed dramatically since the pandemic... and so have your customers. Do you know who they are now?

Classes will be held online through Zoom. There is no charge for attendees and all materials can be downloaded for free. You must pre-register to attend.
