VETToCEO Franchise Focus

The VetToCEO core program is a free, intensive 7-week program. You'll join a group of fellow qualified Veterans and Active, Guard, and Reserve Military who are either exploring entrepreneurship as a career path choice or aggressively completing their business plan. Since 2012 this no-nonsense program has helped thousands of Veterans, Active Duty, Guard or Reserve Military evaluate and move forward on an entrepreneurial path. This special edition of VetToCEO will focus on the opportunities within the world of franchising, but the concepts, materials and tools are just as relevant for any business model. 9/3/19 - M1: Situation-Marketing I: Target Market, Research and Segmentation 9/10/19 - M2: Situation-Marketing II: Competition, Pricing Strategies and Distribution 9/17/19 - M3: Mission - Mission and Purpose 9/24/19 - M4: Execution - Legal and Organizational 10/1/19 - M5: Finance I - Building our financial plan and projections 10/8/19 - M6: Finance II - Sources of Funding 10/15/19 - M7: Command & Signal - Networking, Additional Resources, Next Steps Additionally, graduates will have an opportunity to compete for valuable resources at the Veterans Franchise Expo pitch contest, November 1st and 2nd.
