Aspiring food truckers start working on their plan months before serving their first meals, putting in many hours behind the scenes to get a new food truck off the ground. This session will explore a checklist of things to consider when starting a food truck business, including a closer look into industry risks. Be prepared by knowing what liability concerns you may face and how to handle them as a responsible business owner.
