Mon 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

The Entrepreneurial Mindset Series There are four sessions in the series. Got an Idea to Create, Redevelop, or Grow Your Business? What Should Be Done? How Should the Idea Be Done to Create the Right Mix for Your Business? A great idea alone does now mean it will be profitable and stainable. Getting information from the potential customers should have given you a better insight of their point of view and your potential opportunity. Participants will examine their idea along with their underlying assumptions using information gathered from feedback about their customers problems (Session #1 outcomes), testing of the solution (Session #2 outcomes), and learning how to connect with the targeted customers (Session #3 outcomes). After examining this information, participants will revise, as needed, their idea based on their discovery to begin further development of their business and/or strategic plan(s). After attending all four sessions, participants will have a one-page action plan to create and sustain their idea as well as their business. Session #4: Putting Your One Page Canvas All Together There are four sessions in this series. Who should attend: This offering is beneficial to all stages of business ownership and entrepreneurship (aspiring, startup, growing, and existing).
