A great idea alone does now mean it will be profitable and stainable. Participants will go through the process of discovering and developing opportunities using the entrepreneurial mindset which focuses on solutions from identifiable problems. These opportunities can lead to revenue generation and positive net income (net funds for nonprofits).

There are four sessions in this series.

Session #1: Discovering and Defining The Problem(s)

How do potential customers view your potential idea? Does your idea address problem(s) from the customers' point of view? Come and discovery answers to these and other questions that can help you uncover the potentials to discover the opportunity or opportunities awaiting you.
