Nonprofit Summit 2021:Reporting Impact

What are your nonprofit’s results? How do you know? You know you’re busy, but how do you know if you’re having an impact? Nonprofits need clear strategic thinking, a way to track their progress over time, and a plan to share the results both internally and externally. If we want to accelerate our results, drive positive change in society, and make progress towards our worthwhile missions, then we have to pay attention to results. How do you document your organization’s success and learn along the way to improve your results over time? What would it take to share your impact with others? This workshop will explore different approaches for program design, tracking results, and using what you learn to document impact, improve services, and support fundraising efforts.
