Every business from a behemoth like Toyota to the smallest machine shop, medical facility or insurance office can find ways to improve the delivery of products and services to their customers. This seminar seeks to introduce small businesses with an over view of the study of Continuous Process Improvement and to provide some basic tools they can implement immediately and where they can find future guidance. This presentation includes an overview of Root Cause Analysis for problems correction, Six Sigma for elimination of errors, and a deeper dive into Lean Manufacturing and Lean Administration. Businesses of any type, manufacturing, retail, services, etc., will find the seminar offers ideas to improve the processes of their business. The seminar is presented by Daniel Cashman, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
