Across popular platforms such as Google My Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor and Facebook there are tools and features that businesses can use to manage their online reputations and create opportunities for direct engagement with potential customers, including Questions & Answers, Direct Messaging, Review Management, building followers in GMB, sharing inspiring social media content, and more. This session provides an overview of tools across different platforms and covers best practices for responding to different types of reviews and comments in order to help businesses make a great first impression online, and develop more meaningful virtual relationships with customers.
