Master Business Academy: Session 5-Legal, Ins/Bonding, Business Classifications for Gov. Contracting

Growing businesses have different needs as they move forward in the business cycle. It is important to review and adjust the framework of the business in order to take advantage of growth opportunities. The business legal entity, insurance/bonding, and proper business classifications for government contracting are among the laundry list of items to review and update to reflect any changes for legal , tax, and operational purposes. In this session, we will review the needs of the participating businesses and provide discussion with local professionals who will present their expertise to the group. These professionals will include lawyers, insurance brokers, accountants, and military business guidance to provide valuable information, and answer questions relevant to the business owners’ specific situations.
